Charles Kaczorowski III
Charles Kaczorowski III, or Charlie K, of Kaczorowski Accounting and Tax Services, is a provider of tax and accounting services for over 40 years. This business was mostly a “side gig” as a result of Charlie being in the corporate world in the controller’s organization of MetLife for over 30 years. He retired from MetLife at the end of 2022 and upgraded his “side-gig” to his “semi-retired” gig at the beginning of 2023, when he joined the Chamber. Charlie joined the Board of the Chamber in August of 2025.
Charlie graduated Pace University in 1985 with a BBA in Accounting, CPA preparation and became a Certified Public Accountant (currently inactive) shortly thereafter. Charlie worked 3 years at Deloitte and Touche in Newark NJ as an auditor, worked 2 years at US-1 Auto Parts on Long Island and then spent 32 years working in various roles at MetLife, where he retired as the controller of their Group Benefits business. Charlie has lived in Ramsey for over 25 years in the Ramsey Golf & Country Club (RGCC) with his wife Michelle, where they raised their children Nick and Amanda. Charlie spent many years as a coach in various Ramsey related sports, a past Treasurer of the RGCC and is currently the tenor sax player for Ramsey’s own cover band, Mary’s Basement.

Louise Van Osten
Louise Van Osten is a proven leader in business management consulting. She is a specialist in recognizing business needs and individualizing executable plans to achieve desired results for success.
She has been in the consulting business for 25 years. Louise has always been involved in designing, building and growing new businesses. She built her own business while assisting the franchise in national marketing efforts that helped other small businesses achieve higher profits. Additionally, she designed operational procedures that relieved cash flow stress. Louise built new departments as part of a start-up technology company that widened the scope of client offerings. She built new technology applications in order to support new business requirements.
She listens, reviews and analyzes business situations in order to develop manageable and executable plans that exceed expectations. Louise is a leader who engages teams to work at their peak efficiency. She makes teams stronger by empowering individuals with skills and tools to implement the right tasks.
Louise has a MBA in Management from Pace University and a BS in Computer Science with a Business minor from St. John’s University. With over 30 years as a resident and business owner in Ramsey, Louise finds ways to work with organizations she is passionate about that further develop and grow community relationship.
Her career foundation has always been in client service and management. That coupled with her background in technology, consulting and business ownership enables Louise to apply her wide range of talents to any challenging situation.

Nancy Boone
A resident of Ramsey for over 75 years, Nancy Boone is the founder and manager of the Ramsey Farmers’ Market since June 2010, providing Ramsey residents and market goers from far and wide with farm fresh, local produce and products from over 50+ vendors. Located outdoors year-round at the Main Street train station each Sunday, the market proudly brings the community together offering food, music, crafts, chef demos, and festivals. It also serves as a venue promoting environmental sustainability issues, non- profit information, and health and wellness education. The market has become a Sunday ritual for families and friends to purchase fresh, local, seasonal produce, while enjoying the relaxed, friendly and inclusive atmosphere.
Boone founded the non-profit market with a mission to “Pay it Forward”. Donations of market produce and non-perishables are delivered each week to the Center for Food Action in Mahwah and Table to Table. Donations from market proceeds have been made to the Ramsey Public Library, the Ramsey 911 Memorial, the Ramsey High School scholarship awards, Pascack Valley Meals on Wheels, Ramsey Emergency Services- Fire, Ambulance, Rescue, Ramsey Responds and Community Emergency Response Team, and renovations to the Ramsey Historical Association’s Old Stone House, a 1740’s small farm house listed on the National Historic Registry and one of Ramsey’s historic gems.
Boone served as president of the Ramsey Historical Association for six years. The RHA serves the community of Ramsey, maintaining the Old Stone House and providing education about Ramsey’s history as a farming community. The RHA is currently the sponsor of the Ramsey Farmers’ Market, along with support from the Borough of Ramsey and a committee of dedicated volunteers.
She currently is a member of the Borough of Ramsey’s Design Review Committee, the Ramsey Environmental Commission/Green Team, and is on the Board of MEVO Fresh Roots Farm located in Mahwah, NJ.
Boone is a graduate and retiree of Ramapo College of New Jersey where she had been employed in the Human Resource Department for over 25 years.

Adam Sroczynski
Owner of eBusiness Technology, a provider of website services including consulting, design, development, integration and internet marketing since 1999. Adam moved to Ramsey in 1989 and has been the team leader of the Website committee, responsible for the launch and enhancement of the Ramsey Chamber website. “After many years of involvement in town related to my 3 sons, such as sports and the Boy Scouts, I would like to continue to contribute to our wonderful community by expanding my involvement with the Ramsey Chamber of Commerce.”
Adam is a former board member of the Bergen County Chamber of Commerce.
